UNISON South East represents and acts for members working in a range of public services and utilities, whether they're employed by private companies, public authorities or in the community and voluntary sector. We represent members, negotiate and bargain on their behalf, campaign for better working conditions and pay and for public services. Our record is second to none in defending public services, representing members, negotiating with employers, promoting workplace learning, campaigning for equalities and opposing the far right.
UNISON South East has over 120 branches representing 120,000 members in public services across Kent, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Isle of Wight. We are a democratic, member led Trade Union with over 2000 elected representatives and officials at local and regional level.
